Aweee. she looks so benign here. I was going to animate her killing something, but i also wanted to keep it 50x50 pixels wide. I might add onto this one by making the square larger, then she can kill something
for now, she'll just be pretty and cute :P

more inbetweening than what people usually use. that AND I redraw more than people usually do when animating pixels. If a leg moves, they only redraw the leg, keeping the shoulder and chest in the exact place where it was in the frame before, whereas i redraw the shoulder and chest too. That way, there are lots of little movements going on, and the character looks more "lifelike." the other way people do it saves time and effort, but it looks fake in the end :P

i only did a few different drawings, but it added up to 15 frames because i repeated some drawings. I also copied and pasted parts like the head and tail from frames i already drew and mix& matched them to get different movements, but for those i didnt actually redraw the whole thing. i think theres only 5 completely different frames. :P

Makes sense. Maybe one day when I get more confident with pixels I'll try and animate mine. *pokes it* I love your animations though. They kick. =)
