it's really fun to see that you've improved alot since you came back, I whant to give you some tips for that new concept... just some thing you should avoid before it's too late... If it's going to be for a story, try avoiding things that has already been done in balto, it will make it more original and people will sue you less. I really love the art style in this piece, just wondering if you were to use it for a comic, would it be this art style? because it may seem a bit messy, but trust me it would look great, I haven't seen any canine comics having this art style, it would be good for originality
odd . . . kind of disjointed, but there's a definite beauty to it. I really like the grainy, worn texture that sort of dominates the whole pic, really quite clever. and the composition is lovely as are the colors, of course. I love the sort of heat coming off the lead dog's body and the simple gestures you used for the other dogs. very different, very cool.
