Well, behold my very first tablet piece....

I still need practice. Obviously. But, I did have a LOT of fun working on this! :iconesda06: was next to me teaching me about brushes, lighting, and some cool tablet techniques.

Needed a break from work and also wanted to get some experience with the tablet in because Im going to get one. And see if it helps my work (wrists) out any.

This is Meander from :iconzack-sr:'s 10%+ (Nature of Nature's Art) (www.nofna.com ). I am going to go ahead and claim the position of his biggest fangirl. (hot).

You need to read that comic. it's pure genius!!!!

I like the style {coloring+ brush styles and all} and the lighting in this picture a lot, especially the pose of the maned wolf {fox??}

Looks great for a first try at a tablet. :) But yes, needs some work on the lines. But no matter! This is a great pic. The pose, lighting and color is great. ^^
