You would save it, and because it's smooth lined instead of pixels, would color it in something like Photoshop, GIMP, Sai or the like. There are several examples of colored ones posted.

Do you maybe know how it works in sai? It's opened as normal layer, not linework.. So do I have to create a linework layer and trace over every line first?

I've never personally used Sai, so I can't really tell you. Though it's likely you can use the layers to color it without having to trace over the entire piece. I've done so using Gimp.

You can probably find a good tutorial on how to color these in Sai, or perhaps someone here will know. Sorry that I don't.
