Wow. That is so awesome. If a may critique it a bit. I know it's a work in progress so I won't be critiquing coloring and line.

Concept: the concept rule first of all. You can imagine perfectly that the wolf will just jump out of the paper and rip you to shreds. He looks (or she looks?) vary pissed off. Great work on expression.

Pose: you are a master at foreshortening. The only thing I might suggest is that the right leg (the one on the ground) looks like it has no joints (no place to bend his leg. sorry if I didn't explain that well), and the canine teeth do not look to be the same length. But the leg in the back I just love. The toes curling in a bit is so cool.

Attitude: the yellow/orange eye and the snarling jewels give him/her a look of total im-gunna-kill-you-ness. The hairs standing on end help too. To me, since I cannot se the rest of the picture, he/she looks like she is mad because there are no more pickles. Ignore that last sentence.

That looks awesome! I really like the foreshortening. XD

And I would go with the cartoony style.
