The rock trick didn't quite work as planned.
This isn't important either way but for trivia's sake I'll mention that crickets dialogue in the first panels isnt random jibberish and can be translated to make sense. I wrote it by putting my fist in my mouth and speaking the original lines, then typing what it sounded like with my other hand. The lengths we go to for our art, or something.
